• You may sell items with our designs embroidered on them or the finished items made using our Decorative Fills and Motifs.
• You may not sell, trade, share or in any way redistribute our design files or written or video instructions in any manner.
• Ownership of our Decorative fill and Motif files and instructions belongs to Cynthia's Embroidery. You purchase a license to use them.
• You may not use our Decorative Fills and Motifs as templates to create new Decorative Fills and Motifs to sell as your own.
• You may not use our Decorative Fills or Motifs or any parts of  them to create a new Decorative Fill or Motif for sale or to share or for your own use.
• You may not use any photos from our site without written permission.
• Individuals are not allowed to purchase a collection and resell it.
• Cynthia's Embroidery reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone as they see fit.
